Hyderabad: The relationship of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Irrigation Minister Harish Rao seems, by all accounts, to be being referred to says CPM pioneer T Veeerabhadram. He opined that the works of Mallanna Sagar undertaking are being conceded basically in view of the nippy war between the two politicos.
Revealing the reason, he said that KCR expected to report a compensation to the agriculturists and under a Central Act while Harish Rao was absolutely against it. Harish Rao is represented to be involved with executing the 123 GO.
The CPM pioneer further said that until and unless the complexities between the them two get decided no headway can be seen.
