Mumbai: A body of evidence was enrolled on Tuesday against Sunil Mali, personal secretary of Maharashtra Health Minister Deepak Sawant, regarding inappropriate behavior of a lady specialist.
The FIR was held up under areas 354 A (lewd behavior) and 506 (criminal terrorizing) of IPC, a cop said, including no capture has been made.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis coordinated Principal Secretary, Health, Sujata Saunik, to test the assertions after the lady specialist sent a composed objection to him. The 26-year-old specialist claimed that Mali approached her unseemly and individual inquiries for around two hours in the clergyman's stake load in March this year.
Mali has denied the assertions. Sources in the service said that he had been requested that go on leave. The lady presented a composed objection to police on Tuesday.
