Hyderabad: The onset of southwest rainstorm in Telangana keeps on getting deferred bringing about rising temperature in some parts of the state. The rainstorm has been powerless in this way, bringing about a couple of urban communities in AP, mostly seaside zones turning out to be warm.

There is a huge deviation between the ordinary and genuine direction of SW storm. The typical date for the onset of rainstorm in southern AP, as Kerala, is June 1 — and for TS it is June 5.

Rainstorm may hit Telangana this week

With the onset of southwest rainstorm either being week or postponed, both TS and AP are encountering rising temperatures in some parts.

While this year the storm hit AP on June 9, a day preceding a year ago's date it is getting postponed in TS. The onset of storm in TS a year ago was on June 13. In Hyderabad, the most extreme temperature climb-ed by 1.8ºC from 32.8ºC on Saturday to 34.6ºC on Sunday.

The India Meteorological Department said that on Sunday temperatures were above typical by 1.6-3ºC at segregated spots over Telangana state. An IMD official said on Sunday, "It will be 3-4 more days before the southwest rainstorm achieves TS. The rainstorm is steady over Rayalaseema area yet because of feeble current it has not advanced from that point yet. Cloud cells are as of now shaping and once the conditions are correct it will advance further into TS. Till then there won't be vast change in most extreme temperature over Hyderabad however 40 degree Celsius imprint may be crossed in Nizamabad, Mahbubnagar and Karimnagar and locale."

Because of frail rainstorm not very many spots in AP saw precipitation. Downpour was recorded at confined spots in the regions of East Godavari, West Godavari, Guntur and Krishna. The most extreme recorded precipitation was 4 cm at Kunavaram and Varamachandrapur in East Godavari region.

In AP, greatest temperatures expanded by 1-2 degrees Celsius above ordinary and stayed somewhere around 38 and 39 degrees Celsius at most places touching the 40 degrees Celsius mark at Jaganmaheshwarapuram in Guntur. On account of the nearness of storm over Rayalaseema at some spots in Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapur and Chittoor most extreme temperature stayed 1-2ºC underneath typical, somewhere around 31 and 35ºC.

The IMD gave a notice on Sunday that storm went with squall is prone to happen at disconnected spots in all locale of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana till Tuesday
