Hyderabad: A lemon merchant supposedly assaulted and impregnated a 14-year-old kid specialist at LB Nagar. The young lady was saved by the police and youngster rights activists on Tuesday.
The blamed, M. Yesaiah otherwise known as Yesappa had utilized the young lady at his shop and had been sexually ambushing her since two years, police authorities said.
The young lady has been moved to Osmania General Hospital for therapeutic examination.
Police said 38-year-old Yesappa, had been running a lemon shop in LB Nagar market. The young lady was utilized in his shop for a small wage to help him.
"Misusing her weakness he attacked and assaulted her for a long time," said a youngster right lobbyist, who was in the group which safeguarded the young lady.
The young lady was living in a makeshift safe house at Junior NTR Nagar in LB Nagar with her folks. However, she had never educated her folks regarding the rape till they came to realize that she was pregnant.
Police said the blamed baited the young lady by giving her cash and different favors. The charged, who is hitched, live with his better half and youngsters. Police booked a body of evidence against him for assault (Section 376) and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act (Pocso).
Police captured M. Yesaiah. He was sent to legal remand by the court.
